Dr. William has been practicing dentistry for over a decade. He earned his dental degree in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2013, before furthering his expertise with a master’s degree in Dental Materials Sciences and a specialty certificate in Implant Dentistry. His passion for advanced dental care led him to the United States, where he completed a two-year fellowship in Implant Dentistry at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He later graduated cum laude from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
During his time at Tufts University, Dr. William distinguished himself as a Dean’s List recipient and earned multiple honors, including the Dr. Joseph E. Primack Endowed Prize in Prosthodontics, the International Congress of Oral Implantology Achievement Award, and the Academy of Osseointegration’s Outstanding Research and Best Clinical Research Presentation Awards. He was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary society, a recognition of his academic excellence.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. William is actively involved in dental research, having authored and co-authored over 20 publications in the fields of Implant Dentistry and Prosthodontics.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys staying active with tennis and fitness training, exploring new restaurants, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife, Dr. Rachel Monteiro, an endodontist, and their son, Benjamin. He is fluent in both English and Portuguese.
